INCOME CLASSIFICATION
Managing Director - $75,000-$150,000
Director - $48,500-$88,500
Senior Associate - $36,750-$60,000
Associate - $28,500-$45,000
Apprentice - $20,800-$31,200
NOTE: full-time, part-time and 1099 work opportunities
are available to most MVA associate level team members.
Many Associate level positions can be performed
from home.
In general, a full-time office leader with operational
level responsibilities would earn in the
Senior Associate range (Note: some competitors refer
to this level as a Client Relations Managers).
Experienced Coders and Medical Billers, regardless
of team membership, have income potential in the
Associate and Senior Associate job level ranges.
JOB DEFINITIONS:
Managing Director
- responsibilities include company-level leadership,
corporate level planning and budgeting, corporate
budget management, sales & marketing activities,
human & community relations and the development,
implementation and maintenance of operational and
administrative procedures.
Director - responsibilities
include company-level leadership, corporate level
planning and budgeting, corporate budget management,
sales & marketing activities, human & community
relations and the development, implementation and
maintenance of operational and administrative procedures.
Senior Associate -
formal leadership roles, special project management
and consulting responsibilities are what separate
the Senior Associates from an Associate. A Senior
Associate will have been an Associate and demonstrated
all related competencies prior to promotion. Or,
a Senior Associate may be hired from outside MVA
if they possess MVA Senior Associate competencies.
Associate - An associate
can take one of two career tracks: (1) technical
and (2) technical/management. All Associates are
hired for their technical expertise and may take
the technical/management track based on the needs
of the company and an individual's potential. All
Associates have operational responsibilities as
detailed in their specific job description.
Apprentice - the Apprentice
position is a knowledge building and exchange position.
